Opportunities for College Credit

ACC College Career Pathways

This is available to students who plan to take both the Parenting and Child Development and the Child Development Lab courses or the Marketing 1 and 2 courses at Enfield High School. These students can receive ACC college credit upon filling out the appropriate forms and completing both courses in one or both sequences.  

*Juniors and Seniors taking Algebra 2 (131 or 132) or Chemistry can potentially earn college credit. See your school counselor or career counselor for more information. 

High School Partnership Program

This is available to high school juniors or seniors who have at least a 3.0 GPA. Those students are eligible to take one free course per semester at Asnuntuck Community College or Springfield Technical Community College (2.0 GPA minimum required). Students are responsible for transportation and the cost of their books. The course must be at the introductory level with seats still available. Certain deadlines apply - check with your school or career counselor.
