EHS parents and guardians,
EHS will hold parent-teacher conferences virtually on Wednesday, November 4th, from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. Please follow the attached directions to schedule an appointment with your child’s teachers. Parent conferences will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Each appointment will be 6 minutes in duration.
We are asking that all students participate in each conference when possible because these meetings are most productive when students, teachers, and parents are all on the same page. We will ask parents and students to join conferences using the student’s iPad and Teams account when possible (but will have a back-up option if a parent is not able to access the student iPad.) The sooner you register, the better chance you will have of securing a conference time on November 4th. If you are not able to secure an appropriate appointment time, please email that teacher directly to schedule a phone conference.
The deadline for booking a conference is 9 p.m. on Monday, November 2nd. Please email Mary Beth Lamagna at [email protected] if you have any problems using the appointment booking system. We will send out more detailed instructions next week on how to access the conferences via Microsoft Teams. You can access the booking system by visiting this link:
